I don’t own a business, but if I did I would model it after Lexus. P.S. I hear there is a Lexus dealer in California that sends a mobile mechanic for minor repairs or leaves a loaner at work/home for shop repairs, then later returns the vehicle fixed to the customer and picks up the loaner car. Also the sales department will do the same with the test drive model the customer is interested in. One customer has NEVER seen the inside of the dealership from sales through service! Is this the future? Thanks again.

It is this kind of honesty and ethical behavior that causes me to continue to use Rallye rather then the service station around the corner. Kudos all around.
