I found that my service associate Andy and Vito were most helpful. I am entering my 9th month of my pregnancy and I had my daughter who was ill with me. Andy and Vito did all they could to expedite my service and help me with my daughter. Vito and Andy made sure my loaner car was warmed up since it was such a cold day outside. Rallye Lexus is the Best!

This is my second vehicle through Rallye. To be honest, I was really tempted to go for other makes this time although I was happy with my RX330. I just felt it was time for me to go back to Mercedes or even try a BMW as I needed a change. I only went back to Rallye because of the service Josh Weiss provided on my last purchase in 2009. I live off of exit 66 on the LIE and drive all the way to Glen Cove to purchase a vehicle from you and purchase my car. The service at the Lexus in St. James is horrible. I could’ve bought a car from there as I know a couple of sales guys personally, but I chose to go back to Josh. Thanks to Josh, I now have another car in mind to purchase from you in a couple of years. I saw the HS250H and fell in love.
