The Parts Department at Rallye Lexus is A-1. They took pride to ship my part with care(TLC). The same part was ordered from a nearby neighboring Lexus dealership, shipped out twice, and was received damaged both times. The original box was packed inside a larger box but not well packed. They refused to ship out a 3rd time and refunded me. I took a chance with Rallye and they nailed it the 1st time. Packed it well in its original box which surprised me. Thank you soo much.
