Bob Heyman is an excellent sales consultant as he is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He made the leasing process a very efficient and smooth- flowing event. His interest in the customer was excellent as he spent considerable time during the delivery process to explain and demonstrate many of the new features of the vehicle.

This is a follow-up review of Rallye Lexus service which is always a 10! 1) You pull in and you are immediately greeted by a member of the service team, who is genuinely happy to see you; 2) Mere moments later, the service representative appears to discuss your concerns, why you are there, what is going to happen to your car and there are no surprises; 3) the waiting area is extremely pleasant with free bottled water, coffee, bagels and muffins (or request a loaner, which they are happy to provide and drive a virtually new Lexus for the day. HAD TO DO THE USUAL BACK AND FORTH WITH SALESPERSON. MANAGED TO AGREE ON A RESONABLE DEAL. ONLY DRAWBACK WAS CAR WAS NOT READY WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE.
