I visited the dealership because my rear driver’s side tire had a nail and needed immediate replacement. The tire was losing air, making it unsafe to drive. I called in and asked if they had my tire size in stock. They did, and they accepted my warranty. Within an hour and a half to two hours, I received approval for my warranty and had my tire replaced. The process was significantly quicker compared to other dealerships I’ve been to.

Went for scheduled oil change, technician went over the vehicle carefully, recommended new battery which was installed. Work was done efficiently. Good service although replacement battery was obviously more expensive than a AAA replacement. Will continue using the dealership.

The outside service with whom I was connected when I called was atrocious. They would not make an appointment for the day after the call. I called my salesman and he connected me to Mike Reidy, who could not have been nicer. Get rid of that answering service. They suck and are a bad reflection on the dealership.
