How Does a Lexus Become L/Certified?

Certified pre-owned vehicles must be six years old or newer, and have no more than 80,000 miles on the odometer. Each model must also pass a 161-point inspection in order to become Lexus certified. This inspection means technicians take a look at:

• Engine, exterior, interior, electronics, safety devices, undercarriage
• The vehicle must also pass a road test conducted by experienced technicians
