James was amazing to work with for our Lexus RX lease. He was extremely responsive by communicating with us through text. He was honest and transparent which made me trust the process. Some car dealerships do not make it easy for people to get pricing and will only discuss when you physically appear in person. Not the case with James and Rallye. When we came in to finalize the paperwork, we completed everything in record time. This showed me how organized and well-managed this dealership is. My wife and I made our first contact with James Herrera on Saturday 3-15 2020 while in the showroom. .James was the most pleasant salesman I have ever dealt with in many years of buying cars. He was extremely patient and informative in describing the Rx350 we there to see. He was above and beyond in describing all the new technology to us. James then let my wife take a test drive for another 45 minutes, which solidified our decision on the vehicle. I told James we would talk the next day. We purchased the vehicle on Sunday with very little but very fair negotiation. This was our fourth purchase of a Lexus and the experience with James and his colleagues exceeded all expectations. The pickup of the vehicle was superb and they even had a technology expert ( Jose) spend an hour with us going over the complexities of the technology setup. I have now recommended two potential buyers to Rallye and of course to contact James. Got my car from Rallye about two years ago. Everything from beginning to now has been fantastic. Troy was a wonderful sales rep; knowledgeable, never felt pushy, worked with us, and stayed late. Since getting my car serviced, I've been assisted by Michael and Dawn, both are super nice and informative (even at 7am). Additionally, I communicated with Angela Pasquarelli, Assistant Service Manager via email and she was lovely as ever as well. Although this Rallye is completely out of my way to get to, I would do so ten times over because they are just that great and you don't get that everywhere.

High quality for a great pr
I was very happy with Ralley Lexus in Glen Cove Long Island for purchasing a pre-owned car. Paul Ok was wonderful. No pressure, no hype just a down to earth approach and a desire to meet my budgetary needs. Working with someone like Paul made all the difference. Also other dealers had hidden costs like "prep fees". They tell you they are going to discount a fee you should not have ever been charged. Rallye does not play games like that. They are transparent.
